yes its kind of hiking up and hiking down hill activity , perhaps we do this on every week end to control body weight , its a pretty tough exercise :)

hahaa... that's a great way to exercise!

i love mountains, and I don't mind going on a long trek...
nothing compares it, when you're up there... the view on top is just exhilarating..
